We want you to be happy with your MIMO MIMO PAWS purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products purchased directly from mimomimopaws.com.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used grooming products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
